Hello, I recently bought The Photostick Omni. I am using it on my Mac computer with the Ventura OS. The Photostick will find all my photos, but it won't save them to the stick. The company isn't any help. Has any had this problem?

I appreciate your advice, but there is another reason for my need to find and store all the photos in a separate place. Rest assured, my Mac is backed up regularly. Any help with the Photostick Omni and a Mac computer, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

- Unable to export photos from Photos App, continues to crash or have to force quit applicationI am having a problem with exporting photos from the Photos App so that I can clean the MacBook and sell it. However, I was only able to export some of the photos that are in the app, and something is causing the Photos App to crash whenever I try to export the photos that are left. Please use Time Machine Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support the device you bought is completely unnecessary if you are backing up properly.
