  If you're between taking this course or ECO 2023, take this course. Professor Knight is an AMAZING lecturer and simplifies complex economic topics. He's super funny and always supplements topics with real-world examples. His exams are incredibly easy and he is never trying to trick you.

  I absolutely LOVED Professor Knight. He explains things amazingly well through not only examples but also storytelling, finding ways to explain economic concepts through normal parts of life. You will definitely need to study for exams, but he provides plenty of materials to help you do that.

  I really enjoyed taking Dr. Knight's Macro class. He is a very kind and knowledgeable guy and truly provides you with the resources you need to do well. He definitely isn't as witty as Rush, but his lectures are still great and he always answers questions clearly. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Knight!

  absolutely amazing professor who definitely loves what he teaches. lectures were easy to understand and there was plenty of supplemental helpful material. one of the best professors i've had hands down!

  He is a legend. There are three exams worth 20% each. Three short writing assignments worth 10% each. There are twelve open-book quizzes, two dropped; these quizzes combine for 10% of the grade. Make sure to watch all the lectures even if they need to be sped up. The practice tests on Canvas are just like the actual exams.,

  Fantastic Professor! Go to lectures+take good notes and you will do fine. He is a clear lecturer and gives great examples that make concepts easier to understand. There is extra credit and you can work with other students for most assignments so JOIN THE CLASS GROUPME. Economics is a hard class but Professor Knight makes it as simple as it can be.

  Great professor! Very good lectures and long/thorough explanations. Online quizzes once a week, pretty simple and mostly based on the textbook. Provides a lot of resources online such as practice exams, extra videos, lectures online, and practice problems. Nice guy and def cares about students.

  I am in this class right now, and Professor Knight is amazing. He gives so many examples that really helps you apply the material. Few assignments and he is an overall very caring professor.

  Great lecturer who relates difficult economic concepts to his spending patterns and current events. His exams are super similar to the 3 practice exams he provides before each exam. I don't think I got one trick question/unfair one. He answers super quick, even on weekends. Overall, a class that has set expectations and a great professor!Recommend

  Dr. Knight is a great professor and very clearly has a deep understanding of economics. His lectures cover all the material needed for the exams and are interesting even to a STEM major like myself. Study Edge is not necessary to do well in this course; I got a 101 without it. Take detailed notes on the lectures and do all three practice exams!

  One of the best teachers I've ever had.I was TERRIBLE at economics but I passed this class with an A and got an A on all of his tests and assignments by just watching the lectures and doing his practice tests. He's really funny and his lectures are genuinely entertaining and so informative. Recommend him for anyone who needs to take this class.

  The class is pretty easy and Dr. Knight's lectures are thorough and organized. He offers weekly practice problems and supplemental videos that were really helpful. He is super thorough with his expectations and what to have on assignments and bring to exams. He sends out detailed emails filled with reminders, expectations, and general info!

  Amazing professor! All of his lectures were engaging, very interactive with students and straight to the point.   The best Economics professor I've had! Dr. Knight is amazing at simplifying complex concepts. I look forward to his lectures because he keeps them engaging and adds some humor. 3 exams (20% each) - use the past exams!3 assignments (10% each) Weekly quizzes (10% in total) - open-book, no time limit, practice quizzes, look up the questions!
